The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced Sunday evening that Drury University has earned the top seed for both the 2013 GLVC Men's and Women's Tennis Championship Tournaments, which will be hosted by the University of Indianapolis, April 19-20, in Indianapolis, Ind. Both Drury squads earned a perfect 6-0 conference record to claim the GLVC West Division titles, while the Southern Indiana men (5-0) and Lewis women (6-0) also went undefeated to clinch the GLVC East Division titles, respectively.
The top four seeds in each division advanced to the conference tournament, and will play all matches at the Barbara S. Wynne Tennis Center at North Central High School.
On the women's side, the East's top-seed Lewis faces the No. 4 seed in the West, William Jewell, which posted a 3-3 conference mark this season. The match is slated for Friday at 8.30 a.m. ET, going off courts 4-9. Rockhurst (5-1), the second seed in the West, squares off against the East's No. 3 seed Bellarmine (4-2) on courts 17-23, on Friday at 8:30 a.m.

The winners of the two matches above will face one another Friday at 4 p.m.
In the bottom half of the bracket, top-seed Drury faces Bellarmine (1-4), the East's No. 4 seed, in a match that takes place Friday at 11 a.m. on courts 10-16. The winner of that contest will meet the victor between the East's No. 2 seed Lewis (3-2) and Rockhurst (4-2), which is the No. 3 seed in the West. Those two teams are set for action Friday at 11 a.m., courts 24-30.
Bellarmine holds the most men's crowns with eight and last won the title in 1996. Indianapolis follows with seven titles, while last year's winner, Drury, won its sixth crown after topping Lewis in the championship match, 5-3. Northern Kentucky and Southern Indiana each have five titles.
