After ending the season with an overall record of 4-7 and a seventh place finish in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, eleven members of the 2010 William Jewell Football team were named to the HAAC All-Conference teams. Running back Jake Lynch was named to the All-Conference second team. Kicker Warren Frevert was named to All-Conference third team. Wide Receiver Taylor Gallagher, running back Fealt Cooper, punter Daniel Meegan, defensive linemen Mark Gerster, linebackers Zach Traphagen, J.R. Bryant, Nelson Windebank and David Diener, and kick returner Philip Freeman were named as All-Conference honorable mention selections. "I am very proud of these 11 individuals and our entire team for the outstanding effort that was displayed throughout this season," said Jewell head coach Jerod Kruse. "We are looking forward to our move to the Great Lakes Valley Conference of NCAA Division II.”
