William Jewell College Athletics facilities are primarily used for the benefit and support of William Jewell College student-athletes and Cardinal Athletics programs. However, schedule permitting, we try to support the needs of our community by offering a variety of spaces to be used for a range of events. Although our athletic programs and campus community members take priority, we open many facilities to outside groups to rent our space as it fits their needs.
Requests for the use of any William Jewell College athletic facilities for the purpose of a practices, conferences, events, athletic/educational competitions, or other events not listed should be directed to Riley Ballou-Lyngstad, Director of Athletics Events & Facilities by phone at 816-415-5953, email (ballou-lyngstadr@william.jewell.edu) or by completing the form below to fill out the application. Once a request is made it is reviewed by other members of the administrative team to ensure we can meet your needs.

Prices to rent our spaces are based on competitive market pricing determined by the event type, the space used, and the duration of the event. Rental fees and proof of a $2-million insurance policy with William Jewell College as the certificate holder are due prior to the event.
