Jewell scored off the opening tip off and never looked back Tuesday night against Bible Baptist College of Springfield, MO, winning at home 118-43.

Mark Mason, who led all scorers with 22 points, scored an easy layup after the Cardinals won the tip.  Everyone played in the win, with Nick Larson adding 18 points, Cyril Bilong 17 in his first action as a Cardinal, Jordan Lewis hitting for 14, and Craig Mattson adding 10.

Jewell shot 56% from the field on 91 shots.

The Cardinals will begin Great Lakes Valley Conference play a week from Thursday, hosting Quincy College.
