William Jewell College head football coach Shawn Weigel has announced the signing of 28 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent to play football for the Cardinals in the 2016 season.  Players can begin signing letters of intent, which binds them to the institution for one year, beginning Feb. 3 and the signing period ends on April 1.
