KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The William Jewell men's golf team opened the spring season this week at the Rockhurst Invitational at Swope Memorial. Jewell put four in the top-25 while another player finished in the top-10 as an individual.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Aiden Sanders and Fredick Hersley finished in a tie for 14th place, shooting a 156.
- Scotty Jolly was 18th with a 157, including a 78 in round one while Stephen Radley placed 24th with a score of 160. Jaxon McFarland rounded out the team score with a 173.
- Six players competed as individuals and were paced by Timmy Hamilton who put together a 153 over the two day event, including a team best 74 in round two.
