ST. CHARLES, Mo. - The William Jewell men's golf team traveled across the state this week to take part in the Lindenwood Invitational, where they finished 12th as a team.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Freshman Aiden Sanders led the Cardinals with a three-round score of 228 to finish in a tie for 23rd overall.
- Fredrik Hersley posted back-to-back rounds of 77 before finishing with an 82 in roud three for a total score of 236 for 48th place.
- Stephen Radley posted a 242 while Timmy Hamilton finished at 248 and Scotty Jolly close behind at 250.

The Cardinals are back in action next week at the NSIC Preview. While hosted by Winona State, the tournament will be played at Adams Pointe Golf Course in nearby Blue Springs, Mo.
