Bryson Oots has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Player of the Week in men's golf, it was announced by the league office Thursday.
Oots earns his second Player of the Week honor of the fall season as he took medalist honors in a 90-athlete field at the Tulsa Cup, winning by three strokes. He carded scores of 66-69-73 for a total score of 208, breaking his own NCAA era record. His opening round mark of 66 is also an NCAA era single round record. He led the field in par-4 scoring (-5) and birdies (16) to help the team shatter the team score record by 21 strokes.
