MADISON, Ill. - The William Jewell men's golf team opened the season on Tuesday at Arch Cup, hosted by Missouri-St. Louis. The Cardinals finished tied for third as a team with a score of 575, led by
Bryson Oots' 135 which paced the field.
THE LINE UP
- Oots posted a three-stroke improvement in round two with a score of 66, to tie his own NCAA era single round record and take home medalist honors.
- Carson Lee and Robin Persson followed at 144 to tie for 14th overall while Victor Cascio and Victor Newkirk each posted a score of 153.
- Isac Fredrikkson and Scotty Jolly finished with identical scores of 155 with Carson Thompson and Drew Munson following at 161 and 162, respectively, while Kade Richman rounded out the lineup at 168.
