2018-19 (Sophomore): Academic All-GLVC...Finished sixth at the GLVC Outdoor Championships in the javelin with a throw of 35.00 meters…Also posted a career best 33.67 meters in the hammer at the GLVC Outdoor meet…Had a career-best and sixth place mark in the javelin at the Dewey Allgood Invitational of 35.24 meters…Took second place at the Darrel Gourley Open…Had a career-best mark of 10.93 meters in the weight throw at the Bearcat Invite in February 

2017-18 (Freshman): Academic All-GLVC...Posted a fifth place finish in the javelin at the Truman State Quad with a throw of 30.45 meters...Took seventh at the Darrel Gourley Open and MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown with a throws of 31.62 meters and 33.05 respectively

Prep: District Champion in javelin at Lawson High School...All-Conference and All-District selection in basketball and softball...Named Academic All-State in three sports...Earned an academic letter...Also member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Cardinals in Action, and Spanish Club

Personal: Born December 2 in Blue Springs, Missouri...Daughter of Rex Cress and Jewell women's basketball coach Jill Slominski...Has five siblings, Tyson, Leighton, and Rylan Cress, and Cooper, and Izzy Slominski...Majoring in psychological science
