2018-19 Track & Field (Junior): Academic All-GLVC...Ran a career-best 40:05.07 in the 10,000 meters at the Kansas Relays to finish ninth…Was 13^th in the 10,000 at the GLVC Outdoor Championships…Was second in the 5000 meters at the Emporia State Relays with a time of 19:08.48…Finished third in the 3000 meters at the UCM Relays at 11:07.96

2018 Cross Country (Junior): Ran a career-best 24:20.30 mark in the 6K at the UCM Mule Run...Placed 104th at the GLVC Championships with a time of 26:07.50...Had a season-best time in the 5K of 20:48.90 at the ESU Invitational

2017-18 Track & Field (Sophomore): Academic All-GLVC...Posted a career-best mark in the 10,000 meter run at the Kansas Relays with a time of 40:08.66 which placed her fifth...Was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team at the Darrel Gourley Open which boasted a winning time of 10:06.91...Was fifth at the MIAA v. NSIC Showdown with a mark of 19:14.56 in the 5000 meter run...Placed eighth in the 5000 meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships with a time of 18:49.58...Had career-bests in the mile (5:35.53) and 5000 (18:40.28) at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge and Gorilla Classic respectively...Won the 5000 meter race at the Central Missouri Relays with a time of 19:25.19...Placed second in the 3000 meter at the UCM Invite

2017 Cross Country (Sophomore): Finished 72nd at the GLVC Championships with a time of 24:54.20 in the 6K...Posted a career-best 5K time of 16:17.60 at the Maple Leaf Invite...Followed up with a career-best 20:05.10 mark in the 5K at the Southern Stampede a week later

2016-17 Track & Field (Freshman): Ran a career-best 5:14.13 in the 1500 meter run to place fourth in the Darrel Gourley Open...Member of the 4x800 relay team that grabbed a winning time of 10:27.06...Was second at the Dewey Allgood Invitational in the 3000 meters with a time of 11:01.42...Her career-best in the 3000 came at the GLVC Indoor Championships and is a time of 10:41.67...Placed sixth at the MIAA v. NSIC Showdown in the 5000 meter with a time of 19:16.22...Was third in the 3000 at the UCM Invite at 11:03.55

2016 Cross Country (Freshman): Finished seventh at the Jewell Invite 4K with a time of 16:43.00...Ran a season best 20:30.90 in the 5K at the ESU Papa John's Invite...Also had a season-best mark in the 6K GLVC Championships at 24:25.70

Prep: Three-time All-State performer at Trinity Academy under her father Randy Mijares...Led the Knights to the Class 4A State Championship in 2014...Was a state medalist in the 1600 and 3200...Holds the school record in the 3200 at 11:20 and 1600 at 5:19...Graduated suma cum laude
