Craig Sager enters his fifth season at the helm of the Cardinal golf program in 2024-2025.

Jewell Highlights
• Mentored Bryson Oots to the 2024 NCAA-II National Tournament, the first in men's program history
• Oversaw a men's team that posted their highest-ever finish at the GLVC Tournament in 2024 in fifth place 
• Led the Cardinals to 54-hole team tournament records on both the men's and women's side as well as the individual 54-hole score by freshman Bryson Oots in 2022-2023
• Qualified first student-athlete for NCAA National Tournament in Frida Hammarlund in 2022 who also earned All-GLVC honors 
• Led two players to four tournament wins in first season
• Mentored sophomore Katye Vausbinder to three individual wins in 2020-21, the most for any player since 2016
• Women's team earned first team win in four years at 2021 Park Spring Classic 


Memberships
• TPI Certified to evaluate a golfer for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability and, ultimately, enjoyment of the game 


Prior to Jewell
• Spent three seasons at the helm of the men's golf program at North Central Missouri College.
• Led the Pirates to back-to-back Region XVI championships and boasted nine national tournament qualifiers.
• Coached six All-Region performance and three All-District honorees
• Coached the 2018 NJCAA Academic Team of the Year for posting the highest GPA in the nation
• Had 10 players earn NJCAA All-Academic honors

• A native of Trenton, Missouri
• Earned his degree in business management from Central Missouri in 2004
