Tom Molony enters his second season as the head men's wrestling coach in 2023-2024.

• Mentored GLVC Freshman of the Year John Gholson in his first season who was a finalist for National Rookie of the Year
• Led the Cardinals to the first dual win of the NCAA era (Fontbonne) and first GLVC dual win in program history (Davenport)
• Spent two seasons as the head coach of Calumet College of St. Joseph
• Coached one NAIA national qualifier, one American Midwest Conference champion and three top-three placers
• Was an assistant coach at Elmhurst College
• Mentored four conference champions, seven national qualifiers and two All-Americans
• Won the 2017 CCIW team championship
• Served as assistant head coach of Triton College (NJCAA) from 2011-2014
• Coached 15 national qualifiers and one All-Americans
• Spent three years competing in Olympic freestyle at Whiteman Air Force Base
• Earned his bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois in 2001
• Is a veteran of the United State Air Force
