Thomas Bledsoe enters his first season as the head women's soccer coach in the fall of 2026.

• Spent the last two seasons as an assistant at Emporia State University, seeing the Hornets to a 9-6-5 record in 2025 while advancing to the semifinal round of the MIAA Tournament after beating No. 16 Washburn in the quarterfinal
• Was ranked as high as No. 9 in the central region in 2025 after tying a No. 5 and No. 15 region ranked team and beating the central region No. 7 Northwest Missouri State University Bearcats in 2024
• Spent one year at Montana State University - Billings where the Yellowjackets beat nationally ranked No. 24 Western Oregon while holding a 3.48 team GPA
• Coached at Missouri Southern for one year after three years as a member of the coaching staff at GLVC-member Southwest Baptist University

• Played one season at Southwest Baptist University before transitioning to a coaching role with the Bearcats

• A native of nearby Belton, Mo.
• Earned both undergraduate degree and master's degree in athletic/activity administration from Southwest Baptist
