In his first weekend, freshman Grant Stubbs led the Cardinals with 14 points and five rebounds per game over two contests. The Liberty High School product also finished with two assists, two steals and three blocks as Jewell went 1-1. In his collegiate debut he scored 15 points on 7-of-12 from the floor as the Cardinals defeated UIndy for the first time.
