Emalie Olson led the Jewell women's wrestling program in the first-ever home event for the Cardinals with three wins to move to 14-7 on the year. The sophomore, ranked No. 8 in the latest NWCA poll, defeated Alisha VanScoy of Saint Mary by tech fall, 12-2, to help get Jewell back in the match, as the Cardinals rallied to win 27-24. Olson also defeated Malaicka Pierre-Louis (Missouri Baptist) by fall (0:50) before downing Zoi Smith (Iowa Wesleyan) also by fall (0:49).
