Pedro Braga is off to the best start of any individual men's player in since Jewell's move to NCAA-II. He started the season 6-0 at No. 2 doubles after a win over Emporia State's Gerard Pont. After moving to No. 1 over the weekend and suffering his first loss he bounced back to win at Southern Arkansas on Saturday.
