The William Jewell College men's soccer team was shut out by Rockhurst University 4-0 in Great Lakes Valley Conference action Wednesday evening in Kansas City, Mo.

The Hawks netted two goals in the first half and earned two more in the second half.  

Rockhurst outshot Jewell 14-8, including a 9-2 advantage for shots on goal.

The Cardinals finish the 2011 season with a record of 10-8 and an 8-7 mark in the GLVC good for tenth place.
