Women's Soccer Wins Third Straight

The William Jewell College women's soccer team continued their winning ways in a 4-1 victory over Southern Indiana on Sunday afternoon in a Great Lakes Valley Conference match. The win marks the third straight victory for the Cards.

The Cardinals jumped out to a 1-0 first half lead then found the goal three more times in the second half. Sarah Franklin, Lauren Rein, Tanner Brown and Sydney Jones all knocked home goals for Jewell.

The Cardinals, 5-3 on the season will take on Quincy University on Friday, September 30 at 5:00 p.m. in Quincy, Ill.
