The William Jewell College men's tennis team picked a nonconference victory over NAIA and former HAAC rival Baker University by a 9-0 score on Wednesday afternoon at Clayview Country Club.
The win improves the Cardinals record to 6-6 on the spring season.
Jewell started the match by winning all three doubles courts.

Bryan Thomas posted a dominating 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles.

In singles play, the Cardinals swept all six singles matches.
Michael Wiskirchen made his singles debut at No. 6 singles winning a tough 7-5, 6-4 battle.
William Jewell will return to action on Friday, when it travels to Maryville University for a Great Lakes Valley Conference match at 2:00 p.m. in St. Louis, Mo.
