The William Jewell College women's soccer team hosted University of Southern Indiana this evening in Great Lakes Valley Conference action at Greene Stadium. The game also marked senior night as the Cardinals honored
Jordan Lewis,
Aspen Hawkins,
Lexi Pommer, and
Mackenzie Giegling. The Cardinals gave up an early second half goal to fall to the Screaming Eagles 1-0. The loss drops the Cardinals to 6-5-2 overall and 4-4-2 in league play.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- 45:51 Chelsea Morris scored for the Screaming Eagles off an assist from Haley Rheinlander which proved to be the only goal of the contest.
