The William Jewell swimming opened 2018 by taking on the nationally ranked programs out of Nova Southeastern and Grand Valley State on Tuesday in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Cardinals, competing in the outdoor facility at Nova Southeastern, had to not only battle tough opponents but the weather as it was 50 degrees and raining at meet time.
