The William Jewell men's soccer team is no stranger to cold weather elements. Friday in Liberty, MO was indeed a cold and windy night. A late show of life from the Cardinal offense brought the game back to one score with just under five minutes left. The Hawks defense was able to prevail and earn the 3-2 victory. The loss moves Jewell to 4-9 overall. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• 9:35 - The Hawks wasted no time and jumped to an early lead. (1,0 QU)
• 40:10 - Quincy extended its lead with another first half goal. (2,0 QU)
• 56:30 - Coming out of halftime the Hawks once again extended its lead. (3,0 QU)
• 65:55 - Tyler Walker came up huge for the Cardinals when he was able to tap the ball in from teammate Dawson Lee's penalty kick from 40 yards out. (3,1 QU)
• 85:40 - It was Dawson Lee taking charge again with another strong kick that found the top right corner of the goal. (3-2 QU)
