It was senior night on the hill for the 2018 William Jewell women's soccer team as the Cardinals played host to Truman State University. Two early goals from Kayla Crowder weren't enough as Jewell dropped the match by a final score of 3-2 in favor of the Bulldogs.
 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• 2:47 – Jewell wasted no time in the match as Emma Baldridge connected with Kayla Crowder to give the Cardinals the early 1-0 lead. (1-0, Jewell)
• 7:10 –Lexy Hawkins connected with Crowder to extend the lead for Jewell. The goal is Crowder's second of the match and sixth of the season. (2-0, Jewell)
• 20:03 - Truman answered back to bring the score back to a one-goal match. (2-1 Jewell)
• 35:18 – The Bulldogs bring the game back to even with a second goal before the half. (2-2)
• 74:20 – Midway through the second half Truman was able to take its first lead of the game with an own goal. (3-2 TSU)
