Box Score The William Jewell College men's tennis team dropped their seventh straight match on Saturday 7-2 to McKendree University at Clayview Country Club.    
 
How It Happened
The Cardinals found themselves in a 3-0 hole after dropping all three doubles matches. 

Jewell's only two points of the dual came from Bjorn Myers at No.1 and Marco Martinez at No. 6 singles and both won in third set tie-breaks.  Myers lost his first set 6-4 before winning 6-3 and 10-8.  Martinez took set one 6-2 but fell 6-3 in the second before pulling out a 10-7 tie break win.

The Cardinals will travel to Maryville, Mo., this Wednesday to take on Northwest Missouri State at 2:00 p.m.
