The William Jewell men's soccer team earned a scoreless draw in double overtime at Missouri S&T on Friday evening. The tie moves the Cardinals to 0-7-1 overall and 0-5-1 in Great Lakes Valley Conference play. 

How it Happened

• Missouri S&T put together 15 shots in the second half but the Cardinal defense held strong and did not allow a goal. 
• Jewell recorded the only three shots in the second overtime period. 

For the Cardinals

• Griffin King led the Cardinals with four shots including three on goal. 
• Jose Cambreros posted 13 saves, including 10 in the second half preserve the scoreless game. This is the most saves by a Jewell goalie in the NCAA era and surpasses his own GLVC leading single game total. 

For the Miners

• The Miners had three players with three total shots. 
• Missouri S&T outshot the Cardinals 25-12.
• Nick Posey finished with four saves, including three in the overtime periods.
