The William Jewell women's soccer team dropped the season finale at Indianapolis on Sunday by a final of 1-0. The Cardinals finish the season at 3-13-2 overall and 3-11-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. 

How it Happened

• Indianapolis scored the game's only goal on a header by Taylor Peck off a corner kick by Dana Youssef. 

For the Cardinals

• Jewell totaled 11 shots, their highest total since October 20, led by junior Lexy Hawkins' four. 
• Kaylie Kappelmann finished with five saves to push her single season record total to 134.

For the Greyhounds

• UIndy totaled with 21 shots but only six on goal, and were led by Peck and Alexi Hardy's two each. 
• Keeper Sophia Saucerman collected six saves. 

The Cardinals will lose three players to graduation in forwards Allison Malott and Gracie Schweinfurth along with midfielder Bella Catano.
