KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The William Jewell women's soccer team fell by a final of 4-0 on Friday night at Rockhurst to finish the 2021 season. The Cardinals complete the year at 0-15-2. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• After an early shot from Clara Fronabarger, the Hawks took the lead with two goals in a span of nine minutes midway through the opening half. 
• Just moments into the second period, Olivia Schwarzen put Rockhurst up by three before the Hawks added an additional goal in the 63rd minute. 
• Fronabarger got an a shot on goal late in the game, but the Hawk keeper kept a clean sheet.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• Fronabarger had both shots for the Cardinals while Emily Glassman finished with seven saves. 

The Cardinals will graduate three players, Kaylie Kappelmann, Jasmine Collier and Alex Johnson and return a large core for 2022.
