KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - The William Jewell men's and women's swimming teams traveled to Kirksville, Missouri on Saturday to take on Truman State. The Cardinal men defeated the Bulldogs 109-95 while the women fell 144-59.
The Cardinals were led by four athletes who posted two top-two finishes each, including
Eric Hart's double wins in the 1000 and 500 free.
Evan Guichard,
Noah Witzki,
Connor Sawyer and
Martina Torrent each also captured individual wins. The latter's time of 2:29.47 in the 200 breaststroke, tied for seventh best in program history.
