HOW IT HAPPENED
- The two teams combined for 12 first half shots before Southwest Baptist connected in the 42nd minute to take the lead.
- Jewell got off 10 more shots before Katie Pohl got a pass from Rylie May behind the defender and scored and tie the game in the 66th minute.
- A corner kick in 89th minute was headed twice before ending up with Abbey Negosian who put in the back of the goal to give the Cardinals the win.

- Southwest Baptist managed 10 shots, led by Raegan Edward with three, with only one on target.
- Keeper Ashlyn Gibbs had 13 saves.
The Cardinals finish at 1-10-2 in the abbreviated spring season and are anticipating a return in the fall for a complete season. Jewell will say good bye to seven seniors but return 17 letterwinners including 15 who appeared in at least seven games.
