KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - The William Jewell men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision on the road at Truman State on Sunday afternoon to close the season at 3-6-3. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Truman State scored late in the first half to go on top at the break.
• Jewell nearly tied things up midway through the second half but Cole Bulgren's shot went just off the right woodwork.  
• The Bulldogs added a score in the 83rd minute to bring the score to the final. 

KEY STATS

• Bulgren finished with four shots, two on goal, while Ethan Nichols had three. 
• Jose Arellano had one save. 

The Cardinals will graduate four players, Keaton Wiley, Carson Lee, Mikhail McComie and Jayden Hicks and will return 13 players that appeared in atleast 10 games.
