SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The William Jewell men's and women's swimming teams took part in the two-day Drury Invitational this weekend. The Cardinal men finished with 734 points while the women total 895.
Connor Sawyer took home the only first place finish for the Cardinals, in the 200 freestyle.
Martina Torrent broke the school record in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:19.91, surpassing Delaney Haralson's (2017) mark of 2:20.59.
