LIBERTY, Mo. - The William Jewell men's tennis team opened the 2023 spring season on Friday morning with a 7-0 win over Baker University.
Jewell won the doubles point early as
Max Quennery and
Julien Lafranchise defeated the Wildcats No. 2 team, 6-1, afterÂ
Ugnius Bickauskis and
Cory Conley won at No. 3 to grab the first point of the day.
After the Cardinals secured the team victory,
Ian Lewis and Conley both won at No. 6 and No. 5 to finish off the sweep.Â
