WARRENSBURG, Mo. - The William Jewell track and field teams took part of the Mule Relays on Friday, hosted by the University of Central Missouri.
The Cardinals were led by sophomore
Caroline Mayes who won the women's 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.18 in the finals, the No. 3 all-time mark while her prelim time of 14.40 is ninth all-time.
Cydney Banks added top-10 marks in the hammer throw and discus while
Bobbie Pollard improved upon her career best mark in the hammer to move up to fourth on the all-time performers list. On the men's side,
Nathan Lightfoot added his name to the all-time performances list in the discus with freshman Treyton Roets posting the third best javelin throw all-time.
