TOPEKA, Kan. - The William Jewell Cardinals track and field teams participated in the Ichabod Invitational, hosted by Washburn University.
WOMEN
• 3000 Meter: Sadie Camp was the only Cardinal who clocked a 12:41.11.
• Long Jump: Lux Sands jumped 4.60 meters as the solo Cardinal.
• Shot Put: Mia Ryan was the lone Cardinal who recorded a throw of 9.48 meters.
MEN
• 200 Meter: Connor Hull finished 8th with a time of 21.98. Following behind were Konner Poynter and Kain Sourbeer, who both finished with 22.59 and 22.78.
• 400 Meter: Hull took 8th place, leading the Cardinals with a time of 48.63, while Poynter and Daniel Williams both placed 27th with respective times of 50.23, and following behind was Sourbeer with a time of 50.42.
• 800 Meter: Sincere Davis was the sole cardinal who clocked a 1:55.32, which placed him at 18th.
• Long Jump: Myles Vohs posted a 6.43-meter jump.
• Weight Throw: With an impressive place of 4th, Bradan Dickinson threw 18.52 meters, where Keonne Gladden threw 15.30 meters, which placed him at 19th.
• Shotput: Keonne Gladden placed 20th, recording a 14.32-meter throw as the lone Cardinal competing in the event.
RELAYS
• Men's 4x400: Poynter, Sourbeer, Williams, Hull (3:20.00) – 3rd
