LIBERTY, Mo. – William Jewell fell 1-0 to Lewis Saturday afternoon as a stoppage-time goal proved to be the difference in Great Lakes Valley Conference action. Jewell falls to 0-3-0 on the year with an 0-1-0 GLVC record. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Both teams were held scoreless through the first half despite Lewis carrying the bulk of the possession and pressure.
  • The match remained level until the 87', when Lewis scored the game's only goal.
