Cross Country: Opened the season with a 7K career best time of 25:13.00 at the Bearcat Open...Also had a career best mark in the 8K at the GLVC Championships...Indoor: Had a career best time in the 5000 meters to open the indoor season and place 11th at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic...Posted two top-10 marks at the UCM Invite...Had a career best performance in the 3000 meters with a time of 9:14.27 at the Washburn Open...Outdoor: Put up three straight top-20 finishes in the 1500 to finish the season including a career best 4:12.35 mark at the GLVC Championships
2020-21 (SOPHOMORE)
Cross Country: Posted a career best in the 4K (13:58.00) at the GLVC Tri-Meet to finish sixth...Had another career best mark in the 8K at the GLVC Championships (28:41.30) placing 12th in the B race...Indoor: Was 16th at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic in the 600 yard run (1:21.37)...Had a career best mark in the mile (4:36.06) finishing 23rd at the Bearcat Invite...Outdoor: Came in seventh place in the 1500 meter run at the CMU Open (4:14.49) which was a career best time...Posted a second place finish in the same event at the Darrel Gourley Invite, under one second off his career best...Raced in the 1500 meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships, placing 17th with a time of 4:21.82
