2018-19 Track & Field (Junior): Academic All-GLVC...Placed 21^st at the Darrel Gourley Open in the 5000 meters with a time of 17:57.61…Also finished 21^st in the mile at the GLVC Indoor Championships with a time of 5:11.16

2018 Cross Country (Sophomore): Posted a season best 30:51.30 mark in the 8K at the GLVC Championships...Placed 50th at the Maple Leaf Invite 5K with a time of 20:28.20

2017-18 Track & Field (Freshman): Academic All-GLVC...Opened his career with a seventh place finish as a part of the distance medley relay at the UCM Invite with a time of 12:13.17...Was sixth in the UCM Relays 5000 meters at 17:05.50...Set a career-best in the 3000 meters at the Lion Open with a time of 9:42.65...Also had a career-best at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge in the mile with a time of 4:55.32...Had career-bests in three consecutive meets to close the season in the 5000 meters (16:42.38) at the Darrel Gourley Open, 800 meters (2:12.48) at the Dewey Allgood Invite, and 1500 meters (4:28.36) at Truman State Quad

2017 Cross Country (Freshman): Had a career-best in the 6K at the Haskell Indian Nations Invitational with a time of 29:25.10 to place 37th...Posted a mark of 29:25.10 at the GLVC Championships to finish 127th...Also had a career-best 18:06.10 time in the 5K at the Maple Leaf Invite

Prep: Earned seven varsity letters at Grain Valley under coaches Nick Small and Brian Winkler...Was a five-time Academic All-Conference performer...Crowned the 2016 MRVC Conference Champion...Two-time All-District finisher...On the track was a three time All-District honoree...Was also involved in debate and student government 

Personal: Born January 2 in Kansas City, Missouri...Son of Doug and Shelly Lister...Has two siblings Blaine and Mariah...Majoring in Business and Public Relations with a minor in Communication
