Dexter Faulk is in his first season as an assistant coach, specializing in sprints and hurdles.

• Two-time National Champion in the indoor 60 meter hurdles, as well as a two-time outdoor National Champion in the 110 meter hurdles at Barton County Community College
• Earned seven total state championships at Stone Mountain High School (Ga.); three in the 110 high hurdles, three in the 300 meter hurdles, and once in the 200 meter dash.
• Married to wife Cherie and father to children Ezekiel, Laila, Zarai'e, Destiny, and bonus children DaLiyah, CaMarah, LaNicia, and DesJuan.
• Formerly a NIKE Professional Athlete, with finishes in the NACAC Championships (1st), Pan Am Jr. Championships (2nd), World Athletics Final (2nd), and World Youth Championships (6th)
