Indoor: Took second in the weight throw (18.29 meters) and third in the shot put with a school record (14.38 meters) to open the season at the Mej Tjeerdsma Classic...Broke the school record in the shot put four times capped by a a 15.58 meter performance at the NCAA-II National Championships to finish third and earn All-America honors...Won the Bearcat Invite with a then-school record 15.21 meter throw in the shot...Was the GLVC shot put Champion at 14.59 meters while placing third in the weight throw at 18.52 meters, third best all-time...Set a new school record in the weight throw at 18.81 meters at the NCAA-II National Championships, placing 13th...Outdoor: Won the Lincoln Open in the shot put (13.13 meters) and was second in the hammer throw (47.52 meters)...Set new school record in the shot put with a mark of 15.05 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic, placing sixth...Won the GLVC Championship in the same event at 14.71 meters while taking second in the discus with a career high and school record 47.39 meters...Also finished fourth at the GLVC Championships in the hammer throw (52.89 meters)...Placed 17th at the NCAA-II National Championships in the shot put with a mark of 14.12 meters

Indoor: Took third in the shot put and fourth in the weight throw at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic...Outdoor: Placed among the top seven in the shot put (14.96 meters) and discus (43.39 meters) at the Kansas Relays...Set a new career best in the shot put at the Rock Chalk Invite with a school record mark of 15.05 meters...Took second place in the shot (14.10 meters), discus (45.86 meters), and hammer throw (53.58 meters - school record) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships with the latter two being career highs...Named GLVC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year for the second time

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE)

Indoor: Opened sophomore season with two first place marks at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic in the shot put (13.97m) and weight throw (15.82m)...Put up a school record 16.87 meter toss in the weight throw to finish second at the GLVC Championships...Won the GLVC title in the shot put with a throw of 14.52 meters...Broke the school record and ranked first in the conference with a 14.55 meter throw in the shot put at the Ichabod Invite...Finished 13th at the NCAA-II Indoor Championships with a mark of 13.50 meters in the shot put...Outdoor: Won events at the SBU Invite, Lincoln Open and the John McDonnell Invitational, defeating multiple Division I opponents in the hammer with a throw of 49.67 meters in the latter meet...Swept the GLVC shot put titles with an outdoor win at 13.93 meters...Posted career bests and school records in the discus (44.14m) to place second and in the hammer (50.77m) to finish third...Named the GLVC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year...Placed seventh to earn All-America honors in the shot put with a school record mark of 14.97 meters at the NCAA-II Outdoor Championships
