Joe Adams was named the head volleyball coach on April 15, 2025 and enters his first season with the Cardinals.

• Spent 11 seasons at Coe College (Iowa) as an assistant coach
• Helped lead the Kohawks to a record of 226-113 with three NCAA Tournament appearances and four regular season conference championships
• Mentored 47 All-Conference players including three offensive most valuable players, and 11 AVCA All-Americans with Coe
• Was an assistant at Nebraska Wesleyan and Doane University for a combined seven years, going 144-74 with three national tournament appearances
• Got his start as a club volleyball coach
• Played soccer and ran track and field at Doane University
• A native of San Diego, California
• Earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Doane University in 2003
