Jose Zertuche enters his first season as an assistant in the men's soccer program in the fall of 2026. 



• March 5, 2026 | Named Men's Soccer Assistant Coach


 
• Spent one season assisting at Paul Quinn College in Dallas, Texas 
• Prior to that he spent two years at University of Colorado Colorado Springs a part of the staff alongside current Cardinal's Head Coach Keith Buderus. During his time on staff the Cougars made their first NCAA Division II National Championship appearance.



• Played four season at UCCS before being a member of the coaching staff, including being named Team Captain for two season.



• A native of Dallas, Texas
• Earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Communication at University of Colorado Colorado Springs
