Nichols put up six points last week as Jewell dominated Quincy, 4-1 and earning a 2-2 draw with Upper Iowa. The junior had two goals against Quincy in the 17th minute and a penalty kick in the 22nd to give Jewell the early 3-0 lead. He scored his second penalty kick of the weekend on Sunday connecting with with just five seconds on the clock to give the Cardinals the draw. In total, he finished with 10 shots and six on goal.
