Antonio Wabanimkee came up huge for the Cardinals on Saturday with two fourth quarter sacks for a total loss of 16 yards, after Jewell had regained a 14-10 lead over Southwest Baptist. The junior also led the team with nine tackles, including eight solos and earned GLVC Defensive Player of the Week honors for his work.
