The William Jewell College Volleyball Team defeated Kentucky Wesleyan Saturday afternoon by a 3-2 score. Jewell won by set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 22-25, 20-25 and 15-12. The win marks the fourth consecutive win for Jewell.

Hannah Herndon led the Cardinals with a match-high 19 kills. Morgan Sleeper added 15 kills while Christina Pratt had 10 kills and a team-high 8 blocks. Sophomore setter Cailynn Hayter dished-out 52 assists in the contest while senior libero Katie Damgar had 26 digs.

The Cardinals, 9-4 on the year, will continue GLVC action on Sunday, October 2 in Evansville, Ind., versus Southern Indiana University at 1:00 p.m.
