The William Jewell College volleyball team dropped their third straight match falling 3-1 to Drury University in Great Lakes Valley Conference Action on Saturday in Springfield, Mo.
The Lady Panthers won by scores of 25-22, 25-21, 21-25 and 25-18. The loss drops the Cards to 15-12 overall and 7-11 in the GLVC.
First-year player
Christina Pratt led the Cards with 10 kills while junior
Hannah Herndon finished with 8 kills. Sophomore
Cailynn Hayter had a team-high 25 assists and sophomore
Katie Damgar contributed 18 digs.
The Cardinals will next compete in the Locos Grill Transition Tournament hosted by Lindenwood University beginning on Thursday, November 10 in St. Charles, Mo.
