Women's Volleyball Paul Worstell, Sports Information Director

Cards Fall 3-1 at Maryville University

The William Jewell College Volleyball team fell 3-1 in Great Lakes Valley Conference action against Maryville University on Saturday in St. Louis, Mo.

The Cards were defeated by scores of 25-18, 18-25, 25-23, and 25-23.
Hannah Herndon and Morgan Sleeper had 11 kills each to lead the Cardinals. Cailynn Hayter registered 34 assists, while Katie Damgar tallied 26 digs.

The Cardinals, 4-2 on the year, continue play in the GLVC on Tuesday, September 13 against Rockhurst University at 7:00 p.m. at the Mabee Center for Physical Education on the Jewell campus in Liberty, Mo.
