The William Jewell College volleyball team fell in three games to Great Lakes Valley Conference  foe Lewis University this afternoon in Romeoville, Ill.    

Lewis won by scores of 25-16, 25-15 and 25-21 as Jewell falls to 10-12 overall and 4-6 in conference play.

Sophomore Libby Ording paced the Cards with seven kills.   Junior setter Cailynn Hayter added 15 assists, two kills, and five digs while three other Cards added four kills apiece.  Junior libero Katie Damgar chipped in with 12 digs and one assist.

Cassidy Parsons led the way for the Flyers with a game high 11 kills.  Setter Leigh Barea added 23 assists and five kills. 

The Cards will take on University of Wisconsin-Parkside Sunday, October 21 at 1:00 p.m.
