The William Jewell College women's soccer team ended their regular season with a 2-0 loss to Rockhurst University in a Great Lakes Valley Conference matchup on Wednesday evening.  The game was called in the 79^th minute due to heavy rain and lightening. 

The Hawks wasted no time getting on the board as Katie Kujawa headed in a goal at the 10:13 mark.  The score remained 1-0 at halftime. 

Rockhurst then added on the final goal of the game at the 66:15 as Morgan Dahm shot one home from six yards out.
With the loss, the Cardinals fall to 10-7-1 overall and 8-6-1 in GLVC play.  Rockhurst improves to 11-4-3 overall and 9-3-3 in the GLVC. 

The Hawks dominated in shots 14-6 and held a 5-4 edge in corner kicks. 

The Cardinals will travel to Kirksville, Mo., on Sunday to take on the number two seed Truman State in the first round of the GLVC Women's Soccer Championship Tournament.  Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m.
