The William Jewell College women's tennis team dropped 14 games in nine matches for a 9-0 non-conference victory over Baker University, Wednesday afternoon at Clayview Country Club. 

The  Cardinals (10-4) won three of the six singles matches 6-0, 6-0.

No. 1 singles Kristen Stivers, No. 2 Savannah Drew, and No. 5 Conner Hazelrigg all posted 6-0, 6-0 wins. Katy Lehenbauer  won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3 singles, while Loree Hazelrigg recorded a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles.  Senior Jaimie
Baker was dominant in her 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 6.

Stivers and Lehenbauer won 8-1 at No. 1 doubles, while the teams of Loree and Conner Hazelrigg and Drew and Baker both won 8-2 at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles respectively.

William Jewell will travel to St. Louis, Mo., on Friday to take on Maryville University in a Great Lakes Valley Conference contest at 2:00 p.m.
